Contact form: family name, first name, e-mail address, phone number, country, preferred language, and the free-text subject and message.
Animal data: the pet's name, sex and the condition selected in the form. This is not personal data about you, but it is stored together with your enquiry.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, in aggregated form, where analytics consent has been given.
Abuse prevention: when you submit the contact form, our relay records your IP address and passes it on with the enquiry, together with a reCAPTCHA score. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, so your browser sends technical data to Google under their own privacy policy.
Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Data connected to a supplied product is retained for the period required by the traceability rules applicable to the material.
